A 720 page history of the Hnausa district on the west shore of Lake Winnipeg, this large-format book fills the final gap that remained in the series of local histories covering New Iceland. Originally established as Breiðavík in 1876, this district gradually became known as Hnausa following the establishment of the Hnausa Post Office in 1890.
